Massage Therapy with little to no talking

Embrace the emotional and physical benefits of getting a massage while focussing entirely on your body and mind without distraction. Soft music or guided meditations are available to clients during this service; however we encourage you to relax your mind and thoughts and refrain from chatting or conversation with your RMT. The daily practice of silence has been shown to have positive effects on blood pressure, mental health, and reduces stress.
