Get In Touch

To create the best relationship with each other, we ask that you have a read ...

We Do Not Have a Receptionist

Please come on in and make yourself at home. Practitioners prefer clients to take a seat in wait area rather than come into their rooms to greet them. It is important we have time in between our clients to ground ourselves and stretch. Because we do not have reception, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Some clients require our undivided attention and we want to give it to you! After all, this time is all about you!

Cancellation Policy

Need to reschedule your appointment? - No problem. Please kindly provide 24 hours notice.

You may cancel online by signing into your click4time online booking profile;

or by telephone 780-484-0401

Failure to provide 24 hours cancellation notice, may result in a fee of

 50% of the price of the service you booked.

Feeling Ill?

 Please, please, please reschedule! It is not wise to receive massage therapy while your immune system is compromised.

We will not penalize you for a late cancellation if you are sick; as long as you make a reasonable attempt to inform your practitioner. As a self-employed contractor your massage therapist cannot afford to share your illness.

Going to Arrive Late?

Running behind? We understand that traffic and work duties can't be avoided; a courtesy call if you are going to be late is always appreciated. (780)484-0401

If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide you with the entire session time you booked.

Clients who repeatedly arrive late may be asked to pay for the entire length of their session booked,

even if their time is shortened due to their late arrival.

15+ minutes late with no contact and your appointment will be forfeited.

Please Leave Little Ones at Home

We love children; but they can be distracting to you, as well as our staff and other clients. Best to keep little ones at home; unless they are here for youth services. Older children who will quietly play on a tablet or colouring book you provide them are welcome to join you in the treatment room while you get your massage.

Direct Billing?

Check with your benefits provider before you book!

questions you may want to ask:

1. Can I the client request direct billing for massage therapy?

2. Do I need anything? (doctors note, etc.)

3. How much coverage do I have and what are the amounts alloted for 30 minute, 45 minute, 60, 75, 90, etc.

Because our clinic is simply requesting insurance payment on your behalf; we are just the middle man! If your insurance company is unable to provide a proper acknowledgment of your coverage/ claim at the time of your appointment, the client is still required to pay for their massage service prior to leaving the clinic.

*At the moment, Great West Life does not allow our clinic to use direct billing on Sundays or after 8pm on weekdays.

Privacy rules prevent your practitioner from accessing any of your personal benefit plan information. YOU must contact your insurance company for your personal plan details .

Please understand when you have already arrived for your appointment; if your direct billing does not go through - for any reason,  you will be required to pay for the service and given a receipt to send into your benefits independently;

or pay the 24 hour cancellation fee if you choose to forfeit the appointment.
